Hike Messenger is a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and Japan’s Softbank Corporation. Launched in December 2012, Hike also revealed that 15M users were added to the platform in just 2 months out of which 50% users are active every month. In addition, the messenger is now handling over 10 billion messages and 3 billion stickers per month. Hike further stated that there around 90% users are from India of which over 80% of users are below 25 years.
